Can't say that I tried this, but I will assume it doesn't work. If pills/supplements worked, why would anyone ever diet and exercise? There is no quick fix...the only way to change your body composition is through diet and exercise. My 2 cents

Short Term Goal - 136.6 lbs (31/Oct/14)
Goal Weight - 120 lbs (aiming for February 2015!!)
