I think whatever you can live with long-term, without dangerous effects to your health, is going to be a good diet for you. Weight loss comes from reducing calories. However you choose to do that safely, you will gain back the weight loss when you cannot stay on that diet for - the rest of your life!

I would like to suggest everyone balanced diet and regular exercise for losing one's extra weight. The main reason I believe it has no bad effect and you can call it natural way of weight loss...
