I know about it I mean that Water can help you to live a healthy life, But I didn't ever heard like Water can help in losing weight from anyone except you pierrenaa.
Well, Can you explain how water can help to lose weight?

One way that drinking plain water helps you to lose weight is to satisfy thirst. Often hunger is really thirst. As we get older, it's easier to confuse the two.

Another way that drinking water helps a person lose weight is to help flush out fluids retained when there's a high sodium intake. Fluid retention shows up as pounds on the scale.
