Here is the simple list to teach you what not to eat and help you to help you to make smart decisions about your food even if you are not trying to lose weight.

1.) NO Corn Syrup

2.) NO Trans fats

3.) NO Hydrogenated fats

4.) NO MSG

5.) NO Artificial colors and flavors

6.) LIMIT White Flour products

7.) LIMIT Wheat

8.) LIMIT Dairy

9.) LIMIT Sugar
