Hmm proper exercise always help in fitness issues. We can lose weight with the proper healthy and simple diet and exercises on daily basis.

The only two things are your food and exercise.

If you watch what you eat, you would minimize the amount of fat getting into your body. Then when you exercise, your body does work to convert the fat into energy.
