Flabby skin after losing weight
So far out of my 110lb weight loss goal. I have managed 60 pounds. I'm doing weight lifting and core work once or twice a week to get rid of the excess skin. Do you guys have any favorite workouts or remedies to help tone your body and get rid of the flabbiness?
By flab do you mean excess lose skin? Or do you want a "toned" look. The toning can be done through core exercises and lifting weights daily. However nothing can be done about excess skin but surgery.
