Dont know what I am doing, but here is a start.
Do not have a callorie counter book, will have to wait five days to when I get to a book store and buy one, so I dont know how many callories I am eating each day.
I live in South Africa (Western Cape Province) and would love to hook up on line here with any other South Africans trying to loose weight.
I would also love to hook up with just anyone who would help, advise and keep me company on this site.
Have just had breakfast, so what I think I will do is come back in here befor bed time and just log in what I have eaten and drank.
Hope to make some friends here.

A calorie-counter book is useful (and portable). When you start logging calories in fitday, it finds the calorie counts for you. Go to 'Log' to see what I mean!
