confused need help
 
can any one tell me how many calories should i eat and how many to burn to lose weight im new to this:)

It depends on height, weight metabolism, activity...there is no way we can tell you without knowing more.

However, if you put all your numbers into FitDay, it should do those calculations for you.

Rule of thumb is that you have to burn 3500 more calories than you eat to lose one pound.
