New to Working Out and Being Fit!!!
Hi, so my name is jessie and i am 17. I am a junior in High School, so all my time is taken up with school. I am new to actually working out as a work out. I used to play soccer for the fun of it, but it was really never to lose weight or anything. Now I am serious about losing weight. I am currently 5'6 and weigh 140 lbs. I want to weigh either 100 lbs, or 110 lbs. I have a pudgy stomach and I want to get rid of it.! Also I have back fat and I hate it :( lol Any tips on how to lose the weight on my back? Because I think that will be the hardest. For my stomach I am doing crunches and sit ups and stuff. Also, when I run on my dirt road and on the main road I feel funny. Is it just beginner's weirdness? xD
