Smile loose Weigth walking

Any Body out there
I will like to lose weight, but I’m lazy to exercise but I love to walk
Any tips? Help please?

Google 'Leslie Sansone.' She has a very popular program on video (DVD, streaming, etc.) for walking in place with her and and a group. You can walk at home. While she walks, she has some other body exercises that add to the challenge.

Good luck! Walking is a good activity.

I would love to be able to lose weight walking. Have facet hypertrophy spinal stenosis and fibromyalgia so feel lazy most of the time. Any tips would be great please. Love to buddy up also if people want to lose weight. ��

i started walking and watching what I eat and is working. I sarted wit 5.000 steps and move my way up. Now im walking a minimun of 10.000 a day and Im feeling so much better (i was diagnose wit arthritis and walking has help me a lot

I have 2 Leslie Sansone dvds, my favorite would be the 5 mile fat burning walk, i have lost close to 30 lbs in 10 weeks and half of my workouts are hers

You can defiantly try walking and running a few miles or more to help ou lose weight everyday it'll really help with your whole body

Walking really helped me lose weight. Frankly speaking, I like walking in general but when I turned it into a real everyday exercise it became slightly monotonous. I usually listen to music on the go as it helps me to concentrate on my breath and pace and not to get bored. Also for me, it is the best way to enjoy my favorite songs. On YouTube, I always discover great songs that I convert to mp3 with the help of this youtube Personally, I like this one as it works with all the popular platforms. Moreover, it's quite fast and easy to use.

Move more. Start counting your daily steps. Progressively do more over time. Get a gym membership if you wish to put some muscle on your body. Once you're there, you'll at least do something. It can, and may, get much more involved than that. But let's learn to walk before we even think about running a race. And sotalix Turkesterone is a good product to build your muscle

Walking, swimming, cycling, yoga. These are all great ways to get yourself into the habit of exercising regularly and get fitter. From there, you can start to add strength training routines that will allow you to build lean muscle mass and strength by using vital herbal horny goat weed. It all works together. good luck!!
