Default Advice Please

I'm very hard on myself an been struggling with weightloss since my teens. I tried almost every diet an pill allie ..hydroxycut..chinese herbal slimming tea everything right down to not eating .. I went from 11o lbs to 135 and I hate it..I lose then gain for awhile im fine then I depress myself. I want to look good in clothes an feel good about myself. I use to take stackers an barely ate due to this I gained mitral valve heart disorder. I'm tryin to be more cautious an careful but things arent working. I cant eat 6 small meals a day..And 3 meals is too much also. I tried just eating dinner but saw i still wasnt losing an even gained some. I cut soda an sweet drinks out of my day..I dnt kno wht ese to do

The last thing you want to do is starve yourself - your body will go into survival mode and you'll stop burning any calories. The best thing is to eat sensibly (several small meals if you can, or balanced meals if you are doing a full meal and sensible snacks). Add in at least 30 minutes of exercise each day - yes, walking DOES count - and you should notice a difference.

Your doctor is the best source of information and advice for your particular body and situation. 'Struggling with weight loss' does not mean that you even need to lose weight. It might mean that you are preoccupied with your weight.

Trying walking, along with 3 normal meals a day. My friend suggesting to me this>>> East breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper....But give it some time to work, its not going to come off fast, but gradually.. Make sure you are walking at least 45 minutes.
