Hello, my name is Kelsey and i'm new on this site!
I am eighteen, 5'9 and 185 pounds. I have 20 pounds to lose (to start with). I also have polycystic ovary syndrome which makes it very hard to lose weight. As of today I have begun a lifestyle free of added sugars, flours and dairy. I'm wondering if there is anyone who is also losing weight with a vegan lifestyle or anyone with PCOS.
