Newbie in North Carolina
Hello everyone. I just found this website today and have signed up. I figure
that having someplace to go each day that will keep track of my food/exercise will help....
I am 34 years old, need to lose around 100lbs.
I have tried gyms before and have never been able to really get into a routine. I will go for a few weeks
and then hurt something. Take the time off to heal and never get back to try again. Plus I just get bored
after awhile going and doing the usual weights, cardio.
But now I am ready to go for it again.
