Newbie in North Carolina
Hello everyone. I just found this website today and have signed up. I figure
that having someplace to go each day that will keep track of my food/exercise will help.... I am 34 years old, need to lose around 100lbs. I have tried gyms before and have never been able to really get into a routine. I will go for a few weeks and then hurt something. Take the time off to heal and never get back to try again. Plus I just get bored after awhile going and doing the usual weights, cardio. But now I am ready to go for it again. |
Go for it! I'm a newbie too. I just started 5 days ago. I have 120 lbs to lose and dr wants me to lose 20 lbs by 1st week of July. Might help to be buddies - I definitely need periodic wake ups ( esp. around chocolate).

There is a 100 pound thread in the women's only corner, you might check it out. It's really nice having buddies that are all having the same issues, or who have been there.

I'm new too. Just signed up. A few years ago I was so committed to exercise, now, well not so much - here's to starting over!
