ALL ABOARD THE BRAGGIN' WAGON!! 7-Day Motivational Thread Starting 09.24.12
#51
Sorry for my contribution to the tumbleweed effect. I've been in all different directions this week and wiped out by day's end. But I've been logging, still staying on track with most of my goals. Will try to catch up tomorrow and actually post results for a change!

Quick check in for me and Tori.
Tori vs. Mike Goals
1: Post start weight, log every damn thing that goes in your mouth, make logs public 180.8 ---187.2 http://fitday.com/fitness/PublicJournals.html?Owner=01gt4.6
2: Most calories deficient -1070, -571, -690 (-2331) --- -370, -729, -737 (-1836)
3: Most water consumed 58.7, 84.5, 16.9 (160.1) --- 101.4, 118.3, 101.4 (321.1)
4: Most miles walked 0, 0, 0 (0) --- 1.55, 0, 0 (1.55)
5: Fewest net carbs 95.4, 178.1, 125.2 (398.7) --- 316.6 , 48.1, 97.1 (461.8)

7: Highest % of weight lost
Bragging:
Tori - can brag about
1)giving the man in front of her at Dollar General some change for his order
2) she talked a friend through a crisis
3) the scale was down for her this morning
4) cooked two meals from scratch, even though she felt like "boo boo" (according to her). I guess that's the same as crap?
Mike - I drove through the drive up at Sonic, rolled down my window and for the first time ever I drove off. I could hear that little voice in my head "Mike don't do it you JA! If you do, I'm going to kill you at the carb goal, DA!"
Linda, it looks like you've got it figured out.
Judy, it's nice to put a face to the name. Thanks for posting the pic.

Kudos to all on your braggin' reports! I didn't have anything to brag about yesterday--well, I didn't rob a bank--I guess that's something.
Mike, LOL on the tumbleweed. Wow, it WAS a ghost town here yesterday!
Cassie, hope your days calm down so you can catch your breath!
Ron! Major kudos on the elliptical run and additional weight loss!
Linda, you are welcome to do your report however you feel most comfortable. We don't all do it the same way. Some keep a running tab; some just show one day report. Some use colors such as green for good and red for not good. I use green for on target, red for a totally missed goal, and, blue means I was off target but could still meet my goal average if I'm careful. Some ladies use purple or dark pink. Yours was very easy to understand. I hope you got enough sleep Tuesday night after getting not getting to bed at 3AM. Kudos on a job well done at the theater! What self-discipline!

I guess we were all busy yesterday.
Something to brag about...I got all my chores done including cleaning off counters (which are now full of groceries).
Anybody here watch Rachael Ray. On Tuesday she had a segment on portion control.

Jenn, great Wednesday report--especially on the water which I know is so hard for you. Way to go on your chores. I like Rachael Ray but don't watch her show. What a nice public service to talk about portion control which is also key to losing weight.
