Thanks sis for the update. Looking at my numbers I can see why later in the week the weight started coming back. :(

Evening everyone

I'm getting on late today. Last night I went to a fabulous concert. Mimi Blais, a ragtime pianist from Montreal, Canada. I was still hearing the music into the wee hours of the morning. I am also learning Mozart's Grand mass and the Kyrie of that competed with the ragtime in my brain and at 4 am I was still awake. Slept until 8:30 but that was not enough. I have shows DVR'd and tried to watch one today and kept falling asleep. I restarted 4 times and I still don't know what happened. Maybe tomorrow I can watch it. Went to another concert tonight and again had a great evenng.

post daily y y y y y y
water y y y y y N slept too much
carbs Y Y Y Y Y ? ate sushi tonight so had a little rice.

Next week I will have a calorie goal. When I finally actually logged my food for a couple of days I discovered I am eating way less than 1200 calories and I only lost a 1/2 pound this week so far. I think I need to up my calories.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

THIS WEEKS GOALS:
Calories < 1700: 1640, 1698,1638, 1588,1958,1856 Average 1729 for 6 days. I can live with that.
Workout 3 Days: NO, YES,NO, YES,YES ** HIT GOAL!!, NO

Went out to eat Saturday night and that made me run a little over my calorie goal. I'm okay with that as we hardly ever go out and I was still at a defict for the day. Since I lost almost 3 pounds this week I'm not going to stress about being 29 calories over for my average.
