Thanks! I will get it one of these days! When I was playing tennis, it was easy, but I'll figure it out.

Glad all is well for now on your end. Say what you mean, mean what you say, and don't say it mean, is always good to keep in mind .

Default Hello

How does one join your group?. I am so in need of motivation. Like others I joined Fitday a long time ago and have not utilized this tool the way I should.
I am almost 65, female, need to loose 50 pounds. That's just to get where I am comfortable. To get where the weight charts say I should be I need to lose about 30 more than that.

Seems like everyone posts goals so I'll give it a whirl and make a couple of goals.

1. Get back to coming on line daily.
2. Drink more water
3. WATCH THE CARBS

That's it for the week.

Hope I can find this forum again when I look tomorrow.
