1) gallon of water/ day, not an ounce less!--118.3 close enough
2) 1600 calories deficit (over Saturday and Sunday), while logging sleep--(1255) so far
3) walk 3 miles, weather permitting (weather permitting means if there's weather... good, bad, hot, cold, wet, dry, windy or calm, you are permitted!!!)--1.5 down, 1.5 to go

Alright, I know I'm behind with everyone else, but I just haven't had time to go back and read everything. I suck, we all know this...

When life throws you curveballs, it's up to YOU to decide whether or not you swing away or go down looking. I'm choosing to swing away.
1. Calorie limit 1200. 1193, 1173, 1622, 1389, 1195, 1281
2. Exercise 6 hours total. 60 min., 30 min., 60 min., 120 min
3. Sleep at least 7 hours a night. 7.5, 7, 5, 6 [not only was my team on the west coast, they were in extra innings these two nights], 7.5, 6
4. Log everything. Everything. Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes
5. Say one good thing that happened each day. Son got an invitation to NHS & application is being turned in today; We got some much-needed rain and I did not have to go out in it , Hubby and I exercised together; Went to open house tonight and I really like my son's teachers; A close friend, who is a widowed single mom and who has been unemployed for three months, was offered a wonderful job opportunity today , The weather is absolutely perfect and I had a chance for a nice hike with the hubby this afternoon

Yes I know. It makes me feel better every time I post them on the wall at the truck stop bathroom. Almost as good as when I go to a new truck stop and I see that someone has beat me to it!
1) gallon of water/ day, not an ounce less!--118.3 close enough not even close
2) 1600 calories deficit (over Saturday and Sunday), while logging sleep--(1255) (358) = (1613) squeaked by that one!!
3) walk 3 miles, weather permitting (weather permitting means if there's weather... good, bad, hot, cold, wet, dry, windy or calm, you are permitted!!!)--1.5 down, 2...for a total of 3.5 WHEW! I don't think I would have lived it down if I couldn't do 3 in two days.
Okay, so I've managed to make it through 2 days worth of goals. I didn't kill them, but I did them (except the water). I REALLY MUST get back in the habit of walking. I'm super out of shape. It would also be easier on my lungs if I kick that nasty habit of mine again....it's a work in progress.

So I have a lot of red in my goals, but for some reason this week felt more successful. Number one, I didn't have any days where I completely threw in the towel, ate everything in sight, and stopped logging. Number two, I pulled up a weekly report and looked at my average daily values, and I'm pretty okay with them. I wasn't really paying attention to the pie chart this week, but it basically worked out that I stayed in line with my unwritten pie chart rules, so that's another plus. And even though it definitely wasn't a perfect or even a great week, it's much better than it's been in a looooong time, so I'm ready to head into another Monday (well, as much as anyone is ready for that, lol!).
