so i was not sure where this should go so i am just gonna put it here. i am a very emotional eater and food is comforting to me. and .i am just beginning my weight loss and its very difficult to me and i'm just wondering. what are some good exercises for beginners? some good supplements to help? And also what is the best way to help with food cravings. i ask this because i read many books and have talked with a doctor but i have never had real advice from other real people who are going through things as me and i think it helps to get advice with other people that are struggling like me.
