Okay ... well I can't access TY at work today. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. Grrr....Anyway I have found a channel that I really like. Their videos are well explained. They are not set to weird music or anything LOL. If you are looking for something different to mix up your routine check out Fitness Blender on YT.

I did three of their videos this morning. One was a cardio blast, one was kickboxing and the other was for tank top arms It really helps me to mix it up.

How long are each of the videos and what is the level of difficulty?
Thanks.

Each one I did was about 8-9 minutes long. You need to do your own warm up / cool down because it is not included in the videos. I would say the cardio blast was more than a beginner video but the other two were beginner. And you can always go at your own pace. Check it out. Have some fun with it!

Do it. Go to the shore. You know you want to. You will be glad you did.

Got my walk in before the rain this morning. Afterwards, had to go to the clinic for my work physical. Made sure I kept breakfast light, and was pleased to see my scale is pretty much in line with the Dr's office. And the numbers are back down - 196.4 - which puts me (finally!!!) out of Obese and into Overweight! Here's hoping it keeps moving in the right direction!

Wednesday numbers:

Calories: 1,530 Fats: 79.1 Carbs: 89.5 Protein: 125.4

Hey, Mike - the references to Rum Cake - is that a euphemism for cocktails? Just wonderin'!
