Default Supplements?
Just wondering if anyone here uses supplements and, if so, could anyone recommend some good ones to me? I really want to start something new...

I take wheat grass tablets. They are amazing, I feel awake and energized with these.

Cellucor Super HD Weight Loss, Appetite Control.
I have been taking this product for 2 and a half weeks now and i can honestly support this all the way.. my appetite is controlled, no cravings for junk food or anything.

(not female specific) but I think most people could use a good daily multi vitamin and fish oil.
