hi all i just joined today. I wanted a place to keep a food journal and this seemed like the best free one out there
I'm 21, 5'2 and 175lbs. not proud of myself but over the course of college i started stress eating. the past few years have been hard emotionally for me so the fact that i tend to eat a lot of unhealthy things when i am depressed did not help me at all. My goal is to get down to 135lbs.
I hate my gut so much! i would love to be able to wear sexy things for my husband ( just married this past june. i tried to loose weight in the year i spent planning the wedding but only managed to maintain it. i was very self conscious during the honeymoon) but it is hard when i dont like the way i look in the mirror.
I was happy to find out this site has such an awesome forum
