Mern sending you hugs and have you in my thoughts.

My weightwatchers leader yet again has text this morning and said that the meeting is again cancelled!! I know this is not an excuse to go off track even more but being the person i am i need to have the weekely weigh ins to keep me focused. It just feels really unprofessional.
I have decided to go back to Rosemary Conley classes on Monday and start up a 12 week bootcamp. I am not great with making efforts with exercise so this will help me to kick start a better work-out routine. Exercise in sunny weather outside frightens me though.

Nobe, Joanna, and Tunnrida!! You guys are rockin it!! Reports look awesome!

Tracey - I agree - very unprofessional. And I totally get what you are saying about the focus... is there another leader possibly that you think might be more reliable? I would def voice your opinion with this person (who should already know...) that you are there for a reason and I'm assuming paying some money for! Bootcamp sounds fun! Good for you!

Hope and Mern - congrats on all the awards in the family! You both must be so very proud!

Jho- there is another group but its further away from where i live and because i have to walk everywhere its too much hassle especially as the times are only around teatime.
The Rosemary Conley suited me much better and its at 10.30am-12pm so is great while kids are at school. It is far away but i used to ride the bike which i noticed was doing wonder for my thighs. I prefer having my hobbies in time with when kids are at school otherwise it just all gets in the way plus morning exercise i feel is much better. I used to go before but then i took up a temporary job at school which meant i couldnt do the time slot. This is the only problem- im looking for work and applying but no luck with the hours i need and if something does come up it would mean having to leave again. I suppose i need to cross that bridge when it comes and only think about whats best in the here and now.
