A few days ago, if someone had asked me if I liked jogging I would have said yes. If one of my friends had asked me if they could come jogging with me, I would have hesitated. Because I often feel self conscious when I jog and I like to jog to my music and stuff. But today I was going out with a friend to show her to a lake I had found and we had started out walking, but then we began to jog. So I got my exercise done today I kinda enjoyed it. my friend even proposed we jog together every formidable day. No more skipped workouts for me I guess.

1.) Workout x3: 3ish
2.) Stay under 1500 calories/day: ~1890, 1333, 1412, no idea, 1173
3.) Drink 64 oz. of water/day: 20 oz., 64 oz., 64 oz., 64 oz., 64 oz.

Whew! I'm tired! Ready for the weekend, for sure... I'll be here, though. No loss yet this week, but given my couple of off days and just getting re-equilibrated, it's not surprising. Anyway, I'm sure it'll get rolling soon.

Had to guess at my foods a bit today - my friend made lunch, and then we went out for dinner. Don't know for sure how any of it was made. I went over a bit in calories but still have a good deficit because I worked my butt off painting.

I had a delicious snack at my friend's house, that she ate for breakfast when she visited Thailand: she made black rice in 1/2 water, 1/2 coconut milk, added a bit of sugar, and put fresh mango on top. SO good. And hubby and I went for dinner at a drive in that's just open for the summer at a diner that hasn't really been updated since the 60's - no rollerskates, but they have trays that attach to your car window. Not healthy, but fun. It's warmed up here and was sunny today...so nice. It's supposed to be warmer tomorrow, too. Finally, spring!

1) 1,600 calories max/day (allow myself 1 guilt free day over 1,600) - 2241 (I'm calling it guilt-free but I still feel guilty), 1444, 1476, 1667, 1661
2) do 2 exercises on days I don't work (walking/weights/gardening/Richard Simmons/stationary bike) - does holding a 30 pound kid for an hour at a parade count?/nothing else, 1hr walking/weights, 25 mins stationary bike/weights, painted 5hrs, painted 7 hrs
3) 20% protein minimum - 14%, 31%, 22%, 23%, 18%
4) 64oz water minimum - 64oz+, 80oz+, 64oz+, not sure, 64oz+
5) calorie deficit 700+ - +66, 785, 729, 927, 1081
6) take vitamins - yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
7) lights out by 11 the night before (except Sunday night because apparently I'm hooked on Celebrity Apprentice) - no, yes, no, yes, no

Ladies, I didn't log anything, just because I was lazy. I don't think I was too bad but I'll give myself a +500 just b/c I was being a lazy ass (as I've been told). I'll update everything tomorrow. I did go walk today though.

I'm here! Busy day trying to catch up with chores and family members.

I'm on track with food, water, and gave myself a BIDIA award (But I Did It Anyway) for finishing two miles of exercise when I wanted to quit before a mile.

Going out to eat for dinner to a home cooking style chain restaurant and will definitely eat on plan. Weigh-in at the doc's office Wednesday is motivating me to try to drop a pound or two before then. I still won't make my mini-goal, but I'll be pleased with what I did manage to lose.

Will try to catch you all later tonight.
