Morning, all! Check in from yesterday:

1. Daily calorie average 1325 or fewer. 1298
2. Follow my pie chart rules. Fair
3. Exercise 6 times.
4. 2 big sports bottles water daily. Yes
5. Take all vitamins and supplements. Yes
6. Sleep at least 7 hours, on average. No

7. Catch up business spreadsheets for group practice.
8. Log billing and accounts receivable info. Some progress
9. Tally continuing ed hours by category and register for seminars. Tally done
10. Re-pot plant in FR.

Freshman, you had a pretty good day! Your cals over are very few. I would chalk that up as a win, especially with the late night snack.

nobe, I've had days like that, too...when it feels like just picking up my arm is hard work; I feel completely ennervated. Wish I could figure it out. I hope you have a better day.

Jho, I hear you on your rant. What I have come to realize is that it's hard for anyone to understand the stressors and busy-ness of each other's day. I've been juggling both sides of the coin (the SAHM thing and the work thing) for years, but even that is not like full time of one or the other. I think the most important thing is to respect each other even if you don't agree, and not to let something build up to a longstanding resentment. For now, take the energy your frustration gives you, embrace it, and use it to your advantage, just like you did last night. Hang in there, girl!

HKG, great start to the exercise this week (unlike me ). Keep it up!

Tori, thinking about you; hope your days get better each day as the week progresses. You're tough , but holler if you need help.

Lizzie, hope you have a good day today.

Well, time to get to work. Working at home today so will jump back on and chat with you all later.

I hope my scale was right today. I took the highest of the first three numbers my fickle scale showed me this morning--showing that I drained off some water weight after flooding myself with water and green tea yesterday. But I'm still up six whole pounds from where I was March 18! Made myself exercise before logging in today and am pledging another all green day today.

HKG, well, it may take us a little longer than others, but we'll both reach our goals someday. Hey, that 45 minutes of exercise will help melt off ice cream.

Nobe, congrats on having a calorie deficit even with the food porn PB&J. Ugh, I hear ya on the "child permitting" exercise. I used to have that problem with my grandkids until I insisted that my retired DH give me at least 1/2 hour of free time to exercise. I was lucky to be able to work out my problem that easily. Not as easy for you young mothers.

Lizzie, ouchie on the back injury. Yup, pulling out a heavy washer will do that! Glad you were able to settle it quickly!

Jho, I am so sorry you had such a bad day yesterday. I must say that after not having children until I was thirty and having a high pressure job before that, being a stay at home Mom was the hardest thing I've ever done. Have you come right out and told your DH you need some ME time in the evening while he spends some quality time with his children that THEY need, too? Sometimes you have to spell it out for men who are not primary care givers like our Mike. On another note, kudos for a fantastic Monday report!

Mandy, thanks for your encouragement. I'm still six pounds heavier than where I was March 18, so I'm going to try really hard to make today another all green day. One day at a time! You were really close on your calories yesterday! I'll bet you can have a green number today. You know what to do and how to do it. I'm no queen of willpower, but I certainly am rooting for you.

Cassie, nice start to your week except on the sleep. Best wishes on your accounting/bookkeeping progress.

I managed to get the Richard Simmons done yesterday, but it wasn't easy. Kiddo loves Richard Simmons (in fact, he called him a "beautiful man," haha), but he spent the whole time running in circles around me and hugging my legs. Hubby doesn't really get why I would need alone time, so it's like pulling teeth to get him to take him out of the house. I did about 90% of it, though, just adjusting a bit (if I was supposed to be switching to my left leg and there was a kid on my left leg, I'd just do the right leg twice, etc). I shouldn't complain, though...one day he won't want anything to do with me.

Jho - oh, I hear ya, lady. I think hubby thinks I'm lying on the couch eating bonbons and watching Oprah all day while he's working so hard (sitting by himself in a cooshy chair). One time I asked him to take kiddo for the afternoon so I could have a break, and he said "why do you need a break? You only work three days a week." Uh, no, I only get paid three days a week. Granted, hubby does work long hours, but seriously? So do moms. I find it helps to just keep repeating "it's not his fault he's a dumb***," haha

Thanks ladies for the great advice.... Although I'm not sure that I could live with the guilt of having him watch the kids for a bit when I have to hear about how very busy he is....plus Makenna would just scream the entire time and I really can't handle that. I'd rather just suck it up - I hate conflict and I rarely stick up for myself (maybe a new goal for next week!)

My friend on f/b posted this link - Oddly I took some comfort in it:

This is what a stay-at-home mom does all day | Parenting - Yahoo! Shine

This morning Kenna tried to eat some crayons during craft hour and currently Braydon is yelling at me because one of the wheels fell off his newly crafted firetruck and it must be fixed immediately!

Alright - enough of this feeling sorry for myself crap! I'm done!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Last night I felt some pain...not much.... in my knee (the inside). Today it is worse when I walk (this is not feeling sorry for myself this is looking for feedback).... should I just workout thru the pain (no pain no gain!) You can't really stretch your knee so I'm not sure how to proceed???

I didn't log everything yesterday. I was doing well until I attacked some white fudge covered animal crackers. I'm guessing I was +500 for the day, that's just a guess though.

Heath and Fitness:
1) Calorie deficit of 3k +500?
2) Workout 3 times no
3) Walk 3 times no
4) Drink 3 liters of water no
5) 3 serving of fruits/veggies yes

Other
6) 3 random acts of kindness yes
7) Write 3 auto policies (or $3333 in premium) 1 ($1501)
