I'm not sure just how, but I am 226 pounds now!!
I started this diet eating well over 4000 calories a day. I amazed myself when I actually added what I had eaten in one day and between the ruffles "queso" chips and the triple chocolate cake with chocolate frosting I actually consumed 8000 calories for that day! So I started eating right eating under 1400 calories a day.
I've actually managed to eat 1200 a day on average and have totally changed my diet to fruits and veggies, steamed rice and I limited meat to once or twice a week mainly just boneless chicken breast.
