Hi,I'm fairly new to Red Deer, have joined a Gym but would also like to do yoga,Zumba but with company.
I'm a mother of twins ,they are 18, married, lively upbeat personality,but can be shy in new situations.
Coffee after is always a welcome bonus with a chat too
Would love to hear from like minded .
