yea losing the wt slowly is a good thing! You're not in the mind set of if doesn't come off fast enough..that you give up!
So, slow is good.... and I think if you in that maintaining stage thats awesome..just think when you first started that you could even be were
you are now.....so much to happy for...great success in my book

Hi Guys, I have not been able to catch up with the posts but Becca, I hope you are doing well re the surgery. I love the idea of the farewell to uterus party and also the bonfire tho the neighbors might find the latter a bit strange... but hey maybe you can get them to join!!!

I am back at 138; why are these last ten or so pounds so hard to lose? They must LOVE ME!!!!!
BTW Chris you did not keep me away. I was busy getting my DD set up in college and then I was just ummm... slacking, eating, not moving. I kept me away, not you. If anything, it's good to be back with you.
I hope everyone is doing well!

this is exactly my dilemma! the last 10 come off with ALL clean eating! aghhh! very hard to do! the main thing is to focus! no weekend cheat days!! no sugar!! lower carbs! more veggies! more water! 10 extra minutes of cardio/day! wow i just answered my own question!
