Well, this has never happened before...

My new first is that I tucked my shirt into my pants today and then went out in public. I haven't done that since I don't know when.

almeeker- You're doing an awesome job of bringing your BMI down. 10 points in 11 weeks?! That's totally amazing! Congratulations.
And cudos on the shirt tuck. I'm sure that there are a lot more people than your daughter who are noticing the new you!

Bumpin' this thread...
...because I think it's time to focus on some progress. What little successes are you experiencing, that you have never been able to do/see/have before?
Mine are new dress pants in a size I've never seen and being able to jog/run two miles with no walking.
Who's next??

Okay, this is pretty superficial, but...I wore short workout shorts (not obscene) to the gym today for my workout and did not feel embarrassed. Haven't done that in a while. Not saying there's not room for improvement (there is!), but I didn't see much cellulite on the back of my thighs so I figured, wth (what the heck).
Workout wise, I'm still learning a new program style and am at the awkward stage of setting my weights at a high intensity for multiple, short sets without injuring myself. Lower body workouts are on target. Upper body workouts aren't there yet. I'll keep inching my way forward.
