I have started measuring but I don't know what is a "good" number of inches to lose each month. Part of me says be happy with any loss, but if I need to change something on the exercise side I will. I lost 4 inches and 9 pounds during the last 4 weeks.
I just take them as they come. I never have really had a measurement goal. Sometimes those measurements change even when the weight does not and that is a real pleasant surprise when you least expect it.
