Congratulations on your weigh loss. I'm right in your same ball park, seriously I started at 244, weighed in this morning at 195.2, and I too love Taco Bell. However I will tell you that it's not the worst choice a dieter can make. Chart your intake from there and look over their website to see which choices you can make the next time, so you don't fall off the wagon. According to my little red book at Taco Bell you can get the following items that are "low-fat":
Bean Burrito, fresco-style
Burrito supreme, chicken
Gordita baja, chicken
In fact most of the menu items are 500 calories or less. So maybe you didn't fall as far as you think? And by the way, you are correct in your starvation feelings. I've been dieting since the day after Christmas and let me tell you when I sit down to eat, I'm not messing around or picking at my plate. I could teach slavering wolves a thing or two.
The other thing I would say is that it takes at least 3 weeks to break an old habit and make a new one. I myself have found with eating, that it maybe takes a bit longer than that. So cut yourself some slack.
