Hey I'm new, seeking advice
hello ladies, my name is michelle im 29 and a mum to 2 girls i am looking to lose 26 lbs to get me to my goal of 9 and a 1/2 stone and tip and advice would be great i look forward to hearing from you love michelle x
I guess everyone has their triks but somethings I do are:
-eat my carbs before lunch so I have the rest of the day to burn them off.\
-throughout the week I'll have a few dinners with white fish (pollock, cod) as it's low calorie and the body digests it fast
-I'm a BIG mushroom fan, also love mustard. I can eat it right outta the jar (yuck I know) so in the evenings if I have to munch on something I choose mushrooms and mustard, very low calorie. Jeesh, you'd think I was pregnant!
-spaghetti squash is substituted for pasta when I make spaghetti. You don't have to substitute the whole thing, maybe half and half.
Every little bit counts.
