Exercises for post baby belly
 
Does any one know of any good exercises to help tone my lower belly I've had 3 kids and its so hard to tone it all up any advice would be awesome. Thank you :)

I am mum of three too. My answer is to walk for an hour non stop quite fast at least 4 times a week.. It is not just you r belly but your bottom and thighs too that will get firmer
