2. Limit one diet soda daily M: Yes, T: Didn't even have one!, W: Yes, Th: Yes, F: Yes, S: Yes, S: Yes
3. Walk on lunch M: Yes, even though I stopped for a phone call halfway through I picked up where I left off when I got off the phone 20mins later, T: Raining, W: Raining, Th: Yes, F: Didn't take lunch
4. Exercise 3 times W-F W: No, Th: No, F: No FAIL
5. Weight and post weight M: 272.8, T: 272.4, W: 273.6, Th: 274.4, F: 273.8, S: 273.2, S: 272.2Results this week: -0.6lbs so far

Life Goals ...
1. Create & Order girls' Christmas cards M: DONE!!
2. Fold & putaway laundry I washed this weekend M: No, T: No, W: No, TH: No, F: No, S: Yes!DONE
3. Finish cleaning fam room & laundry room M: No, T: No, W: No, Th: No, F: No, S: No, S: No
