Quinn, what kid of beat down is GB going to put on Oakland? What's the spread you putting up?

I have a friend from Alabama. He called me and said the they are going to beat LSU by 17. I said "17? Yeah? I'll take the 17, how much you got on it????" His reply "Oh, I didn't bet on Bama football." hahaha WUSSS

Anyone else what to give up 17 on the LSU game? I'm feeling froggy on this one.

It's looking like under on the saints game. The officials are throwing too many flags... On both teams. I swear they can spoil a game. They throw a flag for the littlest crap. I miss when people would REALLY get hit in a game. Now it's like "throw a flag, the wind just changed directions" play football damn it. Some calls deserve to be called but this is insane. Hey you want to give me LSU and 17?

I don't do college... Pro football eats up all of my time!! lol

Hi everyone I managed to live through the weekend without killing my diet sorry I haven’t posted but it’s been busy and I have had lots of company which is always fun. Sorry to hear many of you are still sick, hope you are all feeling better going into the new week. Well I didn’t hit my mini goal of 144 for my lbd but hubby thought I looked great and I did receive many flattering comments. Amy I don’t know if you are keeping up on reading posts but this one’s for you carbs 38%, alchol 35%, protein 18%, fat 9% when I seen the numbers I chuckled and thought of your pub trip posts. I did manage to barely stay under 2000 calories I ate a lot of turkey as the sides were not my favorite and they served a green salad with turkey dinner it seemed odd to me but I ate it instead of stuffing and potatoes and there was no deserts served which made me a little sad, I had already told myself it would be ok to have one. I hope you all have a great day.

1--no more than 1300 calories a day....it worked last week, why not push it for another M-1149 Tu-1263 W-1169 Th-1916 F-2178 HOLY CRAP!! Sa-1908

2--1 Dt Dew a day.....last week was a good week Dew wise, hoping this one is great M-no Tu-no W-YES Th-YES F-no Sa-no Su-YES

3--log everything! really not that hard, I tend to log what I plan on eating for the day either the night before, or at least right after breakfast M-YES Tu-YES W-YES Th-YES F-YES Sa-YES Su-YES

4--at least 64 oz of water a day.....I'm almost at that now, so it shouldn't be super hard M-YES Tu-no W-YES Th-no F-no Sa-nope Su-no

5--exercise 5 times....was almost there last week, but got lazy those last 2 day M-YES Tu-no W-YES Th-no F-no Sa-no It's a lost cause this week Su-no

6--carbs no more than 40% daily.....a new goal for me, gonna see how it goes M-39% Tu-43% W-34% Th-44% F-33% Sa-53% Su-50%

7--lose at least 2 lbs M-didn't weigh Tu-still haven't weighed W-YES, already! and not just 2 but 3!!! Let's hope it sticks Th-didn't weight F-didn't weigh Sa-holding steady with the 3lbs lost Su-happy to report that the 3 lbs is the confirmed total for the week

This week wasn't great, but I still met my goal of 2lbs lost, so I'll chalk it up as a successful week. Looking forward to better things next week.

Life/Home
1--clean out car. long over due---nope

2--clean cat's bathroom---kinda

3--finish all laundry---nope

4--actually start my "real" Christmas shopping....having only purchased 2 gifts this late in the season isn't acceptable---need to do some more shopping today, not sure if it's going to happen though

5--run by PetSmart and only buy cat food and litter....she doesn't need any more toys!!---DONE

6--take Spring/Summer clothes out of the closet and replace with Winter, living out of Rubbermaid totes isn't what an adult should do....stupid moving from one house to another, still has me in a tizzy---eeehhh, I'll think about it for next week

7--actually do all job related paperwork on time, no more holding over til the next Monday, all it does is get me further behind---DONE!!! finally

Ab work 5 days: M=Y, T=Y, W=Y, T=Y, F=Y, S=N, S=Y =yes
Calories less than 1400: M= 1275, T=1268, W=975, T=968, F=1287, S=1950, S=1476
Calorie deficit of 5000 for week: M=-891, T=-876, W= -1027, T=-1207, F=-549, S= -80, S=-498 =(-5128)
Christmas prep or participation everyday: M=Appy’s made and frozen for boxing day party. T=7 hours of cookie baking 4 of 6 done. W=Walked through the festival of lights with mom, dad and daughter. T=Went to a caroling get together with my dd at mom and dad’s mobile home park. F=Christmas shopping, Christmas cookies packaged for gifts. S=Christmas Party, S=0 = 6 out of 7 not bad
