Starting Again! Wish me luck
 

Ok I'm back and have to re-start everything that I did last year to lose weight!! Between me being lazy, my husband's late work schedule, eating unhealthy, I have gained it all back. But I signed up at a gym near my work so I can get in at least three workouts there a week, since I work part-time, and the other two days, I will be running outside. I signed up for an 8k in October to motivate myself to stick with it and will be doing that, along with a 10k in November.

Just wanted to say hello and get support from you guys again!

Thanks Mike!! I was wondering where I have been as well... and I was out getting fat for a few months!! :) But back at it again so hope to chat more with you and everyone on here for support.
