Default Water

I have those packets of flavoring to add to water. Does anyone know if you can still count that as water for the day?

Thanks!

Alyssa

I don't think so. I think you can't count it because the flavoring changes the nature of the water.

If you're not adding sugar or caffeine, you can count it as water.

i guess it all depends on what plan you are following. my plan i can't count it as adding anything then it's no longer pure water, but it's up to you & whatever eating plan you are following.

It dose. Just adds a few extra calories like crystal light. If your like me some days i feel as though if i drink another cup of something that has no flavor someone will be in alot of pain.

Tea with just a splenda is a nice change too
