Need motivational help!
Good Morning All,
I have been on Fit Day for while now. Actually, I come and go. Usually, I can stay motivated and disipline. Now, I am the heaviest I have ever been and am so down about it, I can't bring myself to do anything about it.
I have set goals - weight and little rewards for certain weights but that hasn't helped me. If anyone has some inspiration - I would really appreciate hearing it!
