Leaving for the beach...
 

I am off to the beach for a week to celebrate my 42nd birthday. I will officially start my weight loss plan when I return. (I'm a newbie.) In the meantime, I will have a great time even though I am a fat woman in a bathing suit. I will not let my parents get to me. I will not binge.

I had a wonderful birthday week at the beach, and with all the walking and eating fruit and seafood, I actually lost a pound. What a way to celebrate! I really appreciate the support I get on this web site.
