and so far so good. I have the book on my NOOK and have gotten tgrough almost all of it.
I don't think it will be too tough. I've done a cleansing type diet before but always end up back in my carb heavy ways. This time I'm determiend ot stick with it.
My issues are getting and preparing the food and bringing lunch to work etc. When I have time I eat healthy but my schedule is a little crazy. I work in Boston 3-4 days a week and stay in an apartment outside the city. On weekends I'm back at my home 2 1/2 hrs away with my 12 yr old twins who play several sports and I spend most weekends traveling.
Have you stayed on it so far?
I plan on hitting Whole Foods on my way home to pick up supplies to get me through the week. Saturday we leave for a week's vacation.
