Weekend Report Card

Fitness/ Diet goals
- up protein intake yes yes yes yes yes yes yes
- go running at least twice this week (at least 6 ks each) yes: 5 ks, 3 ks, and 6 ks
- go swimming once no, went cycling instead
- drink at least 1.5 litres of water every day!! yes no no no yes yes no
- try to do a bit of stretching/ yoga 5 days this week only three times
- log in all food eaten yes yes no no no --> failed miserably on the weekend

Non-fitness goals
- get spring cleaning done this week yes, almost
- get some work done on my dissertation (at least do some research five times this week) no
- finish at the very least one book no

Monday is my cheat day so I need to keep it to +729cal or less. +679

Fitness & Health
1) 65g net carbs per day (again this week) no, it was my cheat day, 65.2g 44.7g, 60.7g, 92.5g, 196.0g ??
2) work out 3 times no yes no yes yes no no
3) 1000 pushups 166, 160, 140, 150, 111, 154, 121= 1001
4) gallon of water a day yes 169oz, yes 128oz, yes 135.2oz, yes 135.2oz, yes 135.2oz, yes 202.8oz!!!!! YIKES, yes ??
5) multi vitamin (daily) yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
6) fish oil (daily) yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
7) -2400 for the week (including my cheat) +679 -952, -766, -492, -679 (wow, it cancels out my cheat ) +585. +??? = NO

Sunday Report Card

Weight Goals:
1. Calories under 1600 day - already blew that with a trip to the chinese restaurant for lunch with the hubby. We do that about once a month. M(NO), T(NO), W(yes!!), T(nope), F(so close but NO), S(nope, but close....had pizza for lunch in class ), S(no, took kids out for pizza...did eat a huge salad first though)
2. Drink 80 oz water daily - M(no, 70), T(no, 70), W(yes, 112oz!), T(no, 50), F(no, 64), S(not even close), S(ummm NO)
3. Work out M, W & F - M(no), W(yes), F(no but so much housework was done it was worth it)
4. Stretches & relaxing T & T - T(no), T(no)

Non-weight goals
1. Don't let my younger son get to me - M(yes!), T(yes!), W(yes!), T(yes!) - This has to be a record!!, F(yes!), S(he almost got me), S(he was really pushing me but I didn't give in)
2. Look further into foster parenting (classes start tonight) - M(yes), T(nothing to do), W(read through some of the orientation manual), T(another class done!), F(filled out a little more paperwork), S(another 6 hr class completed and a ton of paperwork done at home), S(didn't do anything)
3. Spring clean (including closets...off Thurs & Fri for this) - T(yes, cleaned for five hours including one closet), F(yes, cleaned for at least 8 hrs with 5-6 being vigorous LOL...all closets done), S(moved all furniture in family/dining rooms and vacuumed & dusted everything!)
4. Outside yard work this weekend S(no, but ended up in foster parent class for 6 hrs so didn't have time and it is freakin cold out there!, S(too cold and had inside cleaning to finish)

So this week I learned that I am not too great at keeping up with goals that I set. This coming week I will be revising my goals to a more attainable level. I think achieving them will help to give me a boost instead of looking at the NO's all the time.

I did have a weigh in this morning and lost exactly 1 lb last week. Not what I wanted, but considering how off my whole week was it is better than a gain, so I will take it. I just know I need to step it up this week and get back to it! [/color]
