Talking Small Successes

Lately I've learned to celebrate my small successes. Well here's one I wanted to share...I couldn't understand how you can possibly burn more calories than you eat! It just didn't make sense to me!

Well yesterday I did it. I ate 1570 calories and burned 2115 calories with my activities (that's not including "lifestyle" calories burned). It's a small victory but I'm very proud of myself. I know I won't be able to burn that many calories every day, but it's definately something for me to shoot for!

Great Job, Erin!

It kind of starts to make sense once all the information is there in front of you, doesn't it?

Pat yourself on the back...and do it again today !

My small victory for today would be that I have on a top & jeans that I could not comfortably wear about six weeks ago. I would put them on before and change back out of them because I knew they wouldn't be comfy for all day wear.

yeah kicking myself in the butt this week and working out and watching my food help me drop over 3 lbs in the last week. i plan to keep it up.

actually now that i think about it last time i got this close i went to the movies that day... and it started going downhill and i gained 8 lbs. and i'm in the same shoes snice i'm going to the movies today, just means i'll have to skip on the popcorn and pop

That is a great success and enjoy the movie. Remember nothing tastes as good as the weight loss feels. Mary
