Mern, thanks for helping me shift my perspective. You are right on; I was diminshing the accomplishment through Friday; that's the way the black hole looks when I get in it. Thank you.

Quinn, I'm sorry you had a time Saturday as well. As nice as it is to know I'm not alone, I wouldn't ever wish it on anyone. Hope you've gotten pulled back together and that next week starts off well for you. If it makes you feel any better, I had three desserts last night .

Jacqueline, glad to see you checking back in. Good luck over these next weeks. It sounds like you have an excellent plan in place and that will lead to success, I'm sure. Be safe on the road.

well, I logged all that I'm going to have for the day. Here are my final numbers for the week.

Health & Fitness
1) Keep total (not net) Carbs under 75g/day 61.9g, 73.1g, 68.8g, 61.5g,90.0g,59.4g, 50.3g
2) drink a gallon of water a day 135.2oz, 135.2oz, 135.2oz, 135.2oz, 135.2oz, 135.2, 135.2oz
3) take vitamin daily yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
4) take fish oil daily yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
5) 2500 cals deficient for the week -639, -393, -432, -420, -159, -1000 , -789 TOTAL IS -3832 For my cheat tomorrow I get to go +1332, I don't see me going that high but we'll see what happens once the sweet carbs hit my tongue!
6) workout 3 times yes, no, yes, no, no, yes, no
7) do Plyometrics 1 time no, no, no, no, no, no, no
8) start my journal yes
9) post how I'm feeling with low carbs daily here yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes

Non Health & Fitness
10) 4 random acts of kindness no, no, no, no, no, no, yes
11) makes 50 calls to prospects too many of them were on the DNC list (sent emails instead), no (took off), Gov. issued a state of emergency so legally I can not make outbound calls to prospects. between calls and emails = 63 (still have 1 more day)
12) to push/ encourage the next person to post here to meet their goals MunaAmin:not yet, no, no (I didn't have the heart to push), nope, no, nope, no.

Why can't I hold my weekends together?

OK, I'm back in control and ready to start a fresh new week. Teeth are brushed and flossed so that I don't eat any more tonight.

Now, where is that duct tape for my mouth.... I left it around here somewhere........ LOL

Here's to a fresh new week tomorrow 'cause this last one really stunk (on multiple levels!!!)

C'mon, Quinn, you and I, back on it. I think I need an hourly check in on weekends. Can I get a sponsor? I swear I am going into next weekend with a plan and coping skills. I SWEAR I AM!

Mike, ya, it was the food. I had just enough drink to make my common sense go out the window with the food choices. I'm not much of a drinker...maybe once every three months or so, and I have NO tolerance.

Your numbers look great! Inspirational. I will be like you next week! Focused...not low carb, though!

Quinn, if it makes you feel any better, I'll take your two slices of cake and raise you to three desserts... a slice of cake, a brownie, and some sort of brownie/peanut butter pie thingy
