Wanting to lose
Hi everybody my name is tee and I am new here. I have been heavy all my life. I am 37 now and single. I did at one time lose 120 pounds and after a very bad break up I of course managed to gain most of it back. It is really hard to maintain weightloss because I am in school fulltilme and work fulltime so its hard to find time to excersize. I figured I would try this so I could talk to people in my same predicament. Ok I got to get out in all this snow get back.

Hey Tee, good for you for joining fitday and taking control of your life! At 37 you are getting to the age where health problems will start to surface if you don't get down to a healthy weight.
I totally understand not being able to fit exercise into your day, but there are always ways to add extra steps! Park your car further away at work and at school, for instance. Park your car far away at the grocery store. Even those types of simple, easy changes can help.
Do some meal planning. Do some easy things like have hard boiled eggs on hand, cut up veggies, healthy muffins, stuff like that!! Good luck!!
