Hi everyone, here are my goals for this week.
1. Eat 1700 calories a day +/-100.
2. Walk or run 4 miles for at least 5 days.
3. Do at least a few push ups and crunches.
4. Drink one glass of water an hour at work.
5. Finish memorizing John 13 and memorize John 14.

Keep on tract
Yes I am in for another week - I lost 6 pounds last week!!
Goals. 1) Keep calories to 1500 max
2) try for 3 days under 1000 cal
3) Journal food daily
4) excercise at least 3 days
5) Positive statement each day
6) Read the tread daily
7) Post to the thread at least 3 days
8) Work on office 30 min per day

Todays weight 213.8
1st GOAL weight 190 by Feb 26th my son's 19th birthday
Goals. 1) Keep calories to 1500 max

New week:
Last week ended very well. Got lots of niggling tasks done both at work and home. This week will be more focused on fitness goals. It seems I need to ramp these things up rather than jumping in with both feet.
1.) Maintain calories at 1200 - 1500
2.) Maintain carbs @ 40%
3.) Maintain protein @ 90g
4.) Yoga 2 times
5.) Crossfit 2 times
6.) At least 1 long run
7.) Finish trimming vines and shrubs before the birds start nesting (The great thing about SoCal is that you get the garden year 'round. The lousy thing about SoCal is you have to garden year 'round)
8.) Others to be added later
9.) Find out why I haven't been paid
PS: Muna, I meant, in no way, to imply that you all were illegal. I apoligize if my post suggested that!

I gotta move outta here. I mean it. I can barely feel my hands on this keyboard and I am inside the friggin house with the friggin heat on.

Hey ladies... thanks for letting me play along last week. I rarely come to this side so after being able to participate in last weeks thread I realized how much y'all rely on the support of each other in these threads. I decided to sticky this and I'll try to keep the newest ones up top... if y'all would like.

Okay, here I go again. Similar to last week.
1) drink a gallon of water per day
2) work out 3 days
3) walk 15 miles
4) floss 6 times
5) average at least 300 cals deficient per day for 6 days
6) take in at least 145g of protein per day
7) go two days without bread (last week I went one day w00t!)
8) Finish the week no higher than 173#
9) save a life... give blood
10) 6 random acts of kindness
11) keep spammers under control

I didn't meet all my goals last week but I weight this morning 2 pound lighter. WHooooo!!!! I am so motivated right now. I hope to stick with my goal this week.
1. Eat less than 1500 cals
2. Work out 5-6 times
3. Eat at least 2 nights without carb
4. Try to lose at least 1 pound this week. to get to my pre holiday weight.
5. Log in food religiously
6. Drink 4-16oz glasses of water.
