Supplements for Women?
Hello everyone. I'm a newbie and heard this forum was more populated than the general one :D
In this whole trying to get my health back on track I'm going to start taking vitamins again, and was curious what other people were taking, if anything.
I have been taking a womens multivitamin but I'm supposed to take 5 a day- it'd be nice to just take one but don't know of good brands. I also still have some tinctures so have been using those- they are sarsaparilla, wormwood/black walnut, iodine, and an adrenal formula.
Any ideas of good supplements or whatnot would be wonderful!

I take a multi 1-A day with energy for women. I do take a few other supplements...but wondering if the 5 is helpful or harmful?
