Then I guess you're not my SIL. She sometimes uses that same screen name or a variation thereof. Well so long as you aren't my SIL, then welcome aboard, glad to have you!

Mambo - love the colorful post! Tango is actually my dog's name.
Looks like everyone's doing well. Welcome newbies. I have weigh-in in the morning, so have been ignoring the tortilla chips which have been calling me ever since the kids went to bed. I have PMS, so I'm sure I'll show an increase anyway. Guys don't have any idea how frustrating it is to gain weight without it being due to overeating. I remember learning years ago that our calorie requirement actually increases during PMS. At the same time, most of us see the belly protruding and feel fat, so we try to limit our calories. No wonder we turn b*tchy!
Here're today's results:

1. Drink at least 72 oz wateryesyesNoyes!
2. 5 fruits/veg's each dayyesyes, yesNo
3. Multivitamin dailyyesnoyesYes!
4. Limit calories to no more than 1500 per dayno -1614no, noYes - 1470
5. Exercise min. of 4 days/45 minutes each - real exercise! yesyesnoyes 15 minutes outside, 35 on the Wiifit Plus (and didn't count the bubble time as exercise!)

Way to go, Laura! That's awesome!!
We had dinner as a family at Olive Garden last night. I had a gift card for being on the winning team of a fitness challenge at my work. Had the salad and ate half my dinner. It was really good. I still feel full this morning, but the scales are down for the week, so that's really good. Have a great day everyone!!

Nottango, I think your post sums up PMS pretty well! Had to lol when I read it

We're on a streak of good days, everyone, judging from the posts. Admit it, it feels good to be back to healthy, right ?

1. Stick to my calorie limit. Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes
2. No cookies...gateway drug! Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes
3. 2-3 big blue bottles of water daily. Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes
4. Exercise...daily this week to get back in the habit. Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes

I had to really fight to avoid the chocolate cake quarter I pulled out of the freezer to celebrate a good report card. I hate to celebrate with sweets, but it was an excuse to get the darn thing out and get it eaten by people who are not me! Only half the cake and about 3 1/2 dozen cookies left in there; I'm planning on pushing them while football is on this weekend...
