In the 170's
I looked and couldn't find a thread so I thought I'd start one for all of us in the 170's...any one from 179 to 170. I figured we could help each other. Goal is simple, get out of the 170's All I am thinking is that we chime in daily, weekly, whatever you like just to say hello, vent your frustration, give good news, tips, anything you feel like. All I ask is that the first one to get to 169 starts a 160 thread (unless someone else starts one) so we all have a place to go, and keep it going.
So since I'm starting...I'm at 175. I am doing weight watchers and if all goes well I'll be dropping my points from 24 to 22 in the next day or so when I hit 174. So hopefully I'll have good news soon!

hi, i am joining in i started at 182, current weight 172lb (minigoal 154 by 30th June 2011, goal 137 by 31th Dec 2011). I have a 3month old baby that i nurse, and 2 more children aged 3y and 6y. I'm not following any specific diet, but have cut down sugar enormously since i joined fitday. I guess i took in about 400g of carbs a day, at least half (if not more) of that was sugar. I try to keep my protein around 100-120g a day and carbs no more than 55% of daily intake.
I ride bike a lot, walk about 3miles a day (don't have a car at the moment) and do about 2-3 times a week 30min of arms+back workout.
