Post Menopausal
Hello Everyone-
I am now officially post menopause. What are some things that work for weight loss? If you gained weight in your belly and upper leg areas did you find anything that worked?
I have plantar fasciitis and so most cardio exercises I have to modify significantly.

I'm currently doing low carb. I'm post-meno as well. I'm trying to lose five pounds at a time to reach goal. I don't want to do anything too drastic as I keep hearing about people's hair falling out with rapid or any weight loss. Just one day being strict LC and I'm down two. Water weight but still happy about it. Hope you come back. I wish these boards were more active.
