I made a good choice!!

Hey all, thought it might be nice to have a thread where we share our "good choice" stories. It's a chance to toot our own horns and get inspiration for what to do when faced with that chocolate eclair!

Sweets cravings

Have been totally craving crazy things like donuts, cakes, etc. (anything with carbs and frosting!)...almost caved in but went for a skinny cinnamon dolce latte instead. Cured the craving and only cost me about 150 calories
